Teachers from eligible schools must make an appointment to “shop” at the Free Store. Teachers can shop once each month (August – May).

Classroom Central’s Free Store stocks a wide variety of supplies and educational materials to enhance student learning.

  • Essential school supplies like pencils, pens, crayons, glue sticks, pocket folders, filler paper, scissors, colored pencils, composition books and one-subject notebooks
  • STEM materials and lesson plans
  • Literacy materials and lesson plans
  • New and gently used books
  • Backpacks
  • Kits for a Cause and Flashcards
  • Copy paper
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Arts and crafts materials*
  • Student incentives*
  • Personal care products like toothbrushes, toothpaste, socks, etc.*
  • Fun surprises to enhance your classroom*

*These items are subject to availability

  • Register online
  • Bring a photo ID (Driver’s License or School ID)
  • Please bring your own bags or boxes
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the end of your assigned shopping time
  • Leave all food and drink in your car
  • No guests or children may accompany you during your shopping trip. Classroom Central does not provide childcare
  • Educators may only shop ONE program each month

If you cannot make your appointment, please log into the scheduling system to cancel your appointment.

You may send another educator as a proxy to shop in your place. Please notify the Classroom Central team by doing the following:

    • Use Subject Line: Proxy Shopping [Date] for [Your name]
  • CC: the educator picking up your order
