TeachPrep: Your New Teacher’s Assistant!
TeachPrep is here to make educators’ lives easier. It’s a handy tool designed to help teachers manage their instructional materials hassle-free. We’ve got you covered whether you need copies, laminating, or die-cuts. Here’s a simple breakdown of how it works:
- Registration: When you sign up for a Free Store shopping appointment, keep an eye out for a link in your confirmation email. This link will lead you to the TeachPrep appointment selection.
- Sign Up Genius: Once you click on the link, you’ll land on Sign Up Genius. Here, you can choose from the available TeachPrep appointment slots. Hurry, though, as there are only 12 spots per shopping appointment!
- Form Submission: You’ll get another confirmation email after securing your spot. This one contains a link to a Google form. Use this form to upload your documents and specify your needs.
- Retrieval: When it’s time for your monthly shopping spree, simply let the check-in volunteer know you’re picking up a TeachPrep order. They’ll alert the TeachPrep Center to start prepping your materials. Once everything’s ready, a volunteer will bring your goodies to the front for easy pickup.
