Donation Procedures

Our Donation Guidelines provide an overview of the items we do and do not accept. Our current “most-needed” items are pencils, highlighters, glue sticks, filler paper, composition books, colored pencils, scissors, crayons, and colored markers.

Support Literacy

Classroom Central helps local teachers build their classroom libraries and send home books with their students. If your children have “aged out” of some of their childhood books, please consider donating them to help young readers. We accept gently used books for Pre-K through 12th grade.

Host a School Supply Drive

We could not fulfill our mission without the amazing commitment of individuals, businesses and community groups that host supply drives. Summer school supply drives get students off to a great start in the fall, but we need school supply donations throughout the year, so please consider hosting a drive at whatever time of year works best for you.

Kits for a Cause & Flashcards

Kits for a Cause and Flashcards offer companies and community groups an opportunity to make a difference in local students’ lives while providing an engaging team-building experience for members of your company or organization. Both of these projects can be done at your workplace or a location of your choice, which makes it convenient for all participants. Our Kits for a Cause program offers six different options designed to meet the needs of students and teachers. Participating is as easy as 1-2-3 (Order-Assemble-Drop Off).
