Now you can decide where those dollars can make a meaningful difference.

PUT YOUR DAF TO WORK LOCALLY
Across our community, teachers rely on Classroom Central for the free supplies and resources their students need to learn.

A grant from your DAF:

  • Puts essential supplies directly into local classrooms.
  • Gives teachers access to resources without spending more of their own money.
  • Makes sure students have the tools they need to participate and learn.
  • Supports classrooms throughout the school year, as needs change and supplies run out.
Classroom Central is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Federal Tax ID (EIN): 03-0455618

Are You a Financial Advisor?

When clients are deciding where to put charitable dollars already set aside in a Donor-Advised Fund, Classroom Central offers an opportunity to make a visible local impact. DAF grants support teachers and students across our region with the school supplies and classroom resources they need throughout the year.

Questions About DAFs?

A Donor Advised Fund, or DAF, is a charitable giving account. You put money or other eligible assets into the fund, then recommend grants to nonprofits you care about over time.

  1. You make an initial, irrevocable gift of cash or stock to fund a DAF at a sponsoring organization
  2. The assets in your DAF grow tax-free
  3. You make annual recommendations on gifts to be made from your DAF

A DAF can make giving simple and flexible. It lets you set aside funds for charity, keep your giving organized and support nonprofits over time.

Your financial or tax advisor can help you decide if a DAF is right for you.

Search for your DAF provider using the tool above, choose Classroom Central and recommend the amount you would like to give. Your provider takes care of sending the grant.
