Now that schools have been recessed, Classroom Central is focusing on ensuring students have opportunities to continue learning while at home and to equip them to be successful once school resumes.

We are working with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and our local non-profit partners to provide supplies to students at Emergency Meal Distribution locations throughout the county. The designated sites will enable children that rely on school meals to continue receiving them even while on break. In addition, we are working with partner agencies, such as food and shelter providers, to extend our reach to even more students.
