Classroom Central stocks a wide variety of product in the Free Store such as traditional school supplies like pens, pencils, crayons, paper and notebooks along with some non-traditional items like interior design samples, magazines and office supplies. The majority of the Classroom Central distributes has been donated from the community either through an individual, company, or supply drive.
Throughout the year, Classroom Central seeks companies and groups to host supply drives. To learn more about supply drives, contact Sarah Porter at 704.377.1740 ext. 414 or sarah@classroomcentral.org. Our largest supply drives are School Tools and Stuff the Bus during the month of August and Give Kids a Book during the month of March.
Classroom Central accepts all types of donations including in-kind donations. Click here to view a list of our most needed in-kind donations to help us continue keeping our administrative costs less than 10% of our annual operating budget.
Please do not throw anything away without thinking of us first. The only limitation is your imagination! Even outdated logo merchandise such as waterbottles, cups, mugs, keychains, t-shirts and more can be used to reward and motivate children in need in our community.
If you have a question about what types of products we accept, contact Johanna Lovvorn, Assistant Executive Director at 704.377.1740 ext. 411 or johanna@classroomcentral.org.
